- Lay Center Spool (the slightly larger) on ground with storage holes facing up and position Outer Spools at either end making sure the 3 equally spaced 5/8” holes at one end of each Outer Spool are at the far end.
- For a 16’ wide pool, slide Outer Spool in Center Spool until the last of the 3 approx. 5/8” diameter indexing holes (for an 18’ wide pool use the middle indexing hole, and for a 20’ wide pool use the 1st indexing hole) on the Outer Spool lines up with the first indexing hole in the Center Spool.

Insert (tap) bushing in indexing hole and secure by tapping pin into bushing. Install another bushing and pin in 1st indexing hole of Outer Spool, 24” towards the center (12” for an 18’ wide pool). When correctly assembled, the Outer Spool will protrude 4’11” from the Center Spool for a 16’ wide pool, 5’11” for an 18’ and 6’11” for a 20’ wide pool.
Repeat this procedure on the other end. -
Slide adapter on Support Frame Assembly into outer spool and line up the holes with the holes in the Outer Spool. Install bushings and pins in 3 places.
Repeat this procedure on the other end. -
To disassemble Spools and/or Support Frames for storage purposes, pull out pins and bushings. Pins and bushings may be removed by grasping the shoulder with pliers and pulling while slightly turning. -
To lock rear wheels, turn locking knob clockwise. To unlock, turn counter clockwise. |
